At Pirge, a culture of high quality in the production of knives has been adopted, emphasizing sharpness, rust resistance, and good design. Therefore, many controls are carried out during the production process. Pirge Quality System (PIQS) consists of five different checkpoints present in the Pirge production process. In these checkpoints, called PIQS gates, products that do not achieve the desired result in the inspections cannot pass the gate, i.e., the quality control point, and proceed to the next stage.The main goal of PIQS is to produce flawless cutting tools with consistent excellence in every stage of knife production, providing high-quality service to our end users.
